Civil & Earth works

Civil Engineering and Earthworks with special expertise in the construction of Site Development, Road, Asphalting and Building substations. Our team, oriented philosophy, value engineering, solid QA/QC and overall professionalism are recognized as a benchmark of industry standard.

Mechanical and Piping

Within industry sectors such as oil and gas, mining and metals, chemical processing and water markets, we can provide a complete construction service from engineers, procurement, fabrication, field erection for mechanical, piping and electrical installation works through commissioning.

Fabrication

HEMAMCO has a fabrication facility located in Dammam, Saudi Arabia supervised by highly skilled mechanical engineers and supervisors. Our fabrication expertise spans many years and many disciplines including Oil and Gas industry pipe spooling, process pipe work, modular fabrication, skid mounted fabrications, containerized fabrications as well as plate work including tanks, vessels, ducting and structural steel work including heavy steelwork for mining and ore processing industry, crane beams and platforms work.

HEMAMCO has made a significant investment to its fabrication capabilities in our Dammam Lay down Yard. The fully equipped and covered Fabrication Workshop has a service site of 10,000 m2. The facility also includes a selection of machine tools including state of the art CNC Milling Machines, various lathes, large radial drills, coil cutting machine, mechanical saws and steel cutting/bending machines along with the full range of welding equipment. We ensure that we know what our Clients needs and wants.

Electrical Works

Performing a wide range of Electrical Engineering task that includes the construction of Overhead and Underground power lines, Fiber Optic Installation, Installation and connection of switchgear and controls in Substation, Building wiring (Commercial and Residential Building), and Street Lightings etc. Estimation material, labor or construction cost for budget preparation.

Steel Eriction Work

Steel erection work includes heavy-duty high-rise structures, metal buildings and even signs. Steel erection is often the skeletal core of bridges, office buildings, Commercial, retail and industrial structures.

Sandblasting and Painting of any type of materials

Fireproofing Works

Fabrication and installation of fireproofing materials and equipment such as sprinkler control system.

Rigging & Maintenance Works

Complex and skilled rigging such as multiple heavy crane lifts to off load, load and set equipment and jacking routine.

Installation of various instruments, gauges, flow meters etc. Welding works for repair and upgrades. Supply of forklift for maintenance works.
